I would like to know if anyone can help us with information with regards to the setting of the angle of the headlamps on a Rocket for legal requirments in the UK.

I'm not sure what your question is? (well it does come from a QS!!- only joshing) but if you are trying to improve the lighting whilst keeping the set up ok for an MOT pass I doubt you will achieve it. The lights on the R111 are notoriously bad.
Change the bulbs to some good white ones (mine have blue tips and its like the parting of the waves on a motorway)
Add the triumph spot lights t fill in the holes on the dip beam.
If you look further back on this forum you will see some have changed the whole headlamp reflector and some have bent the supports.
If you are just looking for max height to comply go to MOT station and get them to give you the height and offset - if you need a contac for this PM me.
