Rocket 3 GT oil leak after 6000 km

Rocket 3 GT Storm
Had planned nice vacation motorbike trip but had to cancel 3 days before when I noticed an oil leak from somewhere intake side. Leak is not big, at least not yet but did not want to take chance that have to return from trip in tow truck. Goes of course to guarantee but have to wait a month for parts / spare time.

That's a really wide shot- my old eyes can't see the leak, but great chance that it's the gear position sensor which is very easily accessed and two o'rings to fix. Check it out and then get back on the road and enjoy your trip.....

2.5 using oil

Found out my bike has been leaking oil. It's always "used oil" and I wonder if this could be where it's been going all along- seems likely. It's coming from the gear position sensor and is slow enough that it never drips beneath the bike and may only happen when the bike is running. If so, the...

Ah, thanks! Looks like same as that gasket problem and probably they are going to change that since they were waiting some parts.
