Rocket 3 ems relay drains battery and bike won’t start

I’ve changed all 4 relays and the ems relay still drains battery and rocket 3 touring won’t start?

Cables good and clean and tight

how do you know the ems relay is draining the battery? You may just have a bad battery, even if it's relatively new.

Test your battery by leaving the lights on for 10 minutes, should still be bright, not valid if you have leds for lights.

When I pull the ems relay battery volts and cca hold with no drop with ems relay in battery drops like a rock. New battery battery is good

It won’t start, gauges won’t sweep when key turned on.

What year Rocket? Bad ignition switch? Early Rockets had switches that corroded and shorted.
