At 46, I'm finally the proud owner of a motorcycle after being without one for nearly 24 years. Began on a Suzuki GN 400, then moved way up to a Honda V45 Sabre, (still have dreams about that bike). During my hiatus, I was lucky enough to have access to a Honda Gold Wing for a number of years but always wanted a bike of my own. Plenty of research later, i decided to go for the Rocket, After riding nearly 1300 mile in the first three weeks of ownership, I realize that the right decision was made. Just hope the Indiana weather will allow for more than three months of enjoyment. Stay safe.

Congrats on a wise decision, Steve!
Welcome to the BEST Rocket forum on earth!
You shall find much, mostly enlightened, help and information about your Rocket here as well as genuine l-around good blokes!

Welcome from Germany (by way of Mississippi)! When you can only have one, the rocket is the only one to have! Northern or southern IN? If you're south of Indy should have 6 months of riding weather at least (plus the beast comes with a built in right side heater ;) )

Good onya Barnsey .. rock on (Aussies will understand) Welcome and I compliment you on your bike choice . 24 Years without a bike ..***c that !!!!!!
