It is awesome Steve, It's The RSL Ode it is part of a poem "For the Fallen" by English Poet Robert Laurence Binyon,
in all returned Soldiers League (RSL) Clubs in Australia at 6.0pm Patrons and Staff are requested to stand whilst the Ode is read out followed by a minutes silence and answered with a respectful reply of Less We Forget from all present, I hope this tradition never is lost in the world of Political Correctness

It is actually answered by Lest We forget , but 99% of Aussies say Less as Lest is not a commonly used word .
