Actually the leather tank protector was primarily put there to stop the semen stains from when Richard rode it.
Bet it made him Rocket homesick as well!

Still got the Rocket mate, but no-one round here with one who I get to (or want to) ride with. Was an absolute blast riding with the guys up there, even if I was on a semen stained, undercoat painted, tampon toting hooligan machine. Thankfully it didn't have the nancy-boy screen on it at the time.
Can't thank Mittzy enough, and I know TC is equally grateful to his buddy Tang for lending him his bike - and the generosity of the Triumph dealer that enabled Les to have a Rocket to ride too can't go unmentioned either.

I am looking for the middle "alignment" or "support brace" that goes on the middle of our bearclaws and hooks up the the bottom of the fuel tank.willing to buy the whole claw if i have to anyone have one or know where i can get one?thanks
