Reband pipe install help please!!!

This is such a tight fit. Noway will they work with Wrap. Header pipes are cut uneven for one and there is a bracket thats in the way of getting the muffler on. Its a crossover bracket for the stock exhaust. This is a welded bracket.
 
Nope - they are tight, it's very much having to juggle how they fit, (they don't necessarily fit square in the port recess), pipes 1 and 2 hitting, the pipe that runs past the crankcase hits on the bottom bolt and then twisting the collector to fit the 3 pipes. Just had mine off to get them ceramic coated and fix a leak that developed. I spent a while to get a "compromise".

That's good news. Not sure why, but appears every set is slightly different to fit. Had to shave a bolt or two and bracket to make it fit snug.

Planning on recoating mine this Xmas break due to spotting happening on the ceramic coating.

Post up Pic when you have it completed.
