SuperD you need to have a conversation with the folks that sold you that bike.

I bought it online (NEVER AGAIN). When the bottom end grenaded, the shaft and hub assembly had to be replaced. Again, I bought it on Ebay... But when the dealership put it together, I thought they would catch something like that. At any rate, I really appreciate all of the help that I get on here. Sorry if I was a bit of a ass. Just frustrated. I am going to see if I can't get it and next day it out. I am planning on a Death Valley ride at the end of the month.... Hopefully I'll make it there and back.

I don't have much faith in Triumph dealerships. The one in New Orleans works on 2 or 3 Rockets a year. They are over glorified Vespa mechanics.

Looks like the right part. The shipping is more than the part, and it'll take a week to get it. I'd check shipping and time with the new part before making a decision.

That eBay seller should ship that part flat rate -- half the cost and get to you in two days. Still, I would go for Hermey's call first thing Tuesday morning, and if they have it in stock, go with that.
