Rear Spline Lube

For some reason I expected to see you wearing a mechanics kilt
Mine was the standard powdery at 15k miles, what kind of miracle lube did they use in yours!

Do not know what they used but they did a good job, did not want to show my bottom half with all the Kaitlyn Jenner nonsense going around I did not want to get anyone worked up okay here is a wee peek
 
It is amazing how small a kilt you need to cover it. I never knew they made them that small. I guess they must though, or nobody would have bothered making a kilt that small.
 
Guess I should trade mine in for a smaller one.
Was seriously thinking about adding this one to the closet though

There is a foam rubber washer deep inside driveshaft just past where the splines of the bevel drive end. You can fish it out and leave it about a couple inches inside the driveshaft . This will raise up the splines and make reassembly a lot eaisier
