rear seat removed

Visited my local bike workshop today. Got the inspection done and mod plate fitted. Job complete.
 
Single seat rego is about $230 a year. The cost of the inspection is more than covered in the first period of rego.
 
Think mine is around the $220 mark not too sure without digging out the paperwork.
Think I also got a bit of a refund for the balance of rego left when I done it.
Might sound cheap but I had to buy the wife a bike first to get her off the back.
And that wasn't cheap.
 

I think my liability only insurance in AZ is $12/mo for my R3R.

Thanks for the response. We have no liability insurance requirements in WA.
I choose to carry full coverage and it runs me $300 a year so far.
 
Helmets not required down here (I wear one anyway), and I think my Progressive full coverage (with discount for having my boat insurance with them) is around $380.00USD per year.

The rack is the RIVCO solo rack. Obtained from Tom Cat some time ago. This particular rack is very well traveled indeed. Many Kilometers down under (on the wrong side of the road) and quite a few miles in the USA. For us, it is not of any great utility but priceless nonetheless, as it was obtained from a good friend we have never met (and likely never will).

We trudge on.

I know just how you feel as I travel the US with my HansO back rest and solo seat bracket.
It's fun swapping $hit with our upside down Mates!
PS: Damm! I just checked and it's been discontinued.
