raising idle speed

It only started after raising the idle speed nothing else ,no i havent changed the TPS and i will now lubricate the linkages, Warp9.9 do you mean put it back to the original idle speed before fiddling?

Yes TPS to .6 and chaeck to make sure the stepper motor raises it to .72 and while you at it take the readings on the throttle bodies to see if they are in balance.

I am wondering if we should have went the opposite way. If the TPS was at .58 the stepper would raise to .7 and I wonder if the ecu would naturally try to adjust for the tps being low Just thinking out loud here. what are your rpms set at on the map?

Ive set tps and stepper to .6 and.72v and lubed the stepper linkage also put the rpm back to orignal 846 rpm 771 rpm 800rpm (the original tps setting was .61 and stepper .72v)i will now take it for a ride and see how it is.

Most people set the rpm settings to 950 as the lower rpm setting create problems with idles and the oil pressure is to low IMO I had a Rocket with a oil pressure gauge and noticed this. It was even worse once the engine warmed up.
