I bought a KTM radiator cap for my R3, it fit and worck pretty well
Here the parts no: kt49035016000
This is a Canadian parts number, I dont know in US if it's the same

If you pop it into an official KTM parts finder it pops up as a 1.8bar rad cap. Watch around the pipes for leaks - the original is 1.1 bar
