3rd gear slipping on high torque

We need a picture of the arm and adjuster so I can tell you what to do.
So that's not the adjuster behind the clutch lever on the picture? You mean the other end, on this picture?

You have two adjustments one close to the lever and one down by the clutch arm lever
So because on top adjustment is all the way in what you need to do is adjust the bottom adjuster
Back the top nut off about a 1/4 inch then you will be able to move the cable out to get your2 to 3 mm of free play like the previous pics show.
If it has been run like this for a long time then you may have a bad pivot value and shaft.
