3rd gear slipping on high torque

So that's not the adjuster behind the clutch lever on the picture? You mean the other end, on this picture?

You have two adjustments one close to the lever and one down by the clutch arm lever
So because on top adjustment is all the way in what you need to do is adjust the bottom adjuster
Back the top nut off about a 1/4 inch then you will be able to move the cable out to get your2 to 3 mm of free play like the previous pics show.
If it has been run like this for a long time then you may have a bad pivot value and shaft.

Finally found the time (and a bridge to put the bike on) to have a proper look. I found there's more ways to adjust the cable. I managed to adjust the cable to where it has the proper slack. (See picture). Just went for a test ride and problem solved!

I have never seen this information In print but since I am telling you you can carve it into stone lol
I think that you adjust the bottom to where you have enough adjustments on the top that you can make a quick adjustment either way with your fingers. Although I have never been able to turn that locking gismo with my fingers.
