One hole is too close & the other one is too far away.
And I don't know if you can see it but the lip on the bottom of the frame doesn't allow the bracket to sit flat against it.

Ok, I'm an idiot.
I've just realised that the bracket attaches using the 2 holes in the frame. Not the threaded hole that the cover bolt goes into.
Who said "Real men don't need instructions"?
