Remember the secondary throttle plates. The stock tunes close them to restrict power. You can open them with free software or take them out - before you have it dyno tuned.
The engine was originally tuned by a shop in Baltimore, Md where I lived before moving to Florida. There is Ducati Dealer in Ocala called Melillimoto that has a bike dyno and another place called Gurued Gear in Inverness that also has a dyno. I was thinking of taking it to the Ducati dealer for no other reason except for the fact that they only tune bikes. Do you have any recommendations?

I'll let you know where I go and the results. I recently had a Avon Cobra 140/75R 17 front tire installed on my Rocket and the bike handles soooo much better. Doesn't feel as heavy during slow maneuvers as it did before.
