235 KPH doesn't seem like very much. 146 MPH. I noticed he was in 5th gear and didn't get much over 5,000 rpm.

Triumphs speed limiter cutting in reducing the throttle to 60%.
I've had mine up to 237 km/h at which point it would not accelerate any more even though I was going down hill. Not at all very fast compared to sport bikes. I wonder how it compares to other cruisers.

The V-rated Cobra Chrome tires are rated at 147 mph, Triumph Rocket 3 are limited to 147 mph. Coincidence, I think not!
