I always thought this was a Confucian saying, but a search online revealed multiple attributions, A Lincoln, Mark Twain, George Eliot, Groucho Marx, Albert Einstein, and a mysterious figure named Silvan Engel.

Origin may be Proverbs 17 verses 27-28

27 He that hath knowledge spareth his words:
and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit.
28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise:
and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

Oh, wait. Maybe that Confucian saying is:

Much talk can lead to exhaustion. Wise men know when to stop.

Hi all, there has been quite a lot of interest in doing another printing of shirts. I was going to try and do it in October. I'm now thinking the end of November. I'm currently working 6 & 7 days a week and trying to get yard cleaned up and the toys put away and darn, now I cried on my new dress. Anyway, the first time I did this I turned into quite a project. Here is how I would like to do it this time. Let me know what you think.

(1) End of November I'll put up a post that I'm having more shirts made with pictures of the shirts. I'll include my address.

(2) Everybody that want's one has two weeks to send me a check with how many they want, sizes, and a mailing address.

(3) When I get all the checks I'll order the shirts. It only takes him a couple days to get the shirts and get them printed.

(4) When the shirts are done I mail them all out.

Does that work for everybody ? Let me know. Fred

Just a suggestion....what about setting up a paypal account. This can link to your bank account so the money can be moved there? Only a suggestion. If not im still game
