To include more information about my 2021 I'm going to have to sell unfortunately... I purchased both the quickshifter (and love it) and the Bluetooth module (seems outdated and buggy) .... IMO... Do y'all agree?

I voted and while I more or less agree with your assessment I said I love them both. I shoukd add that I don’t have a Rocket but am on my second Tiger with both fitted - 900 Rally Pro and now a 1200 Rally Pro - so am basing my view on those.
The QS is amazing. I thought it was outstanding on the 900 but it’s even better on on the 1200, and I put that down mostly to the shaft drive, hence I feel it’s relevant to the R3. In short, the Triumph QS is brilliant and I wouldn’t be without it.
I agree the BT could be better but actually like having it and the more I get used to it the more id rather have it than not. It was standard on both Tigers so is easier to love. If I’d had to pay for it I might question it’s worth.
A close call but that’s why I voted in favour of both.

Edit: I would add that we’ve also had the QS on 4 Street Triples (first 2 we’re ‘up only’) and now on Amanda’s Tiger Sport 660 as well. All have worked perfectly and are addictive.
