Rocket3R
Hello Rocker 3R owners. I bought Rocker 3R 2020 model last year. When I tuened around my Rocket 3R in a narrow space with very slow speed, I lost ballance and I knocked over the motorcycle. Then the shifter of the motorcycle broke down and I had to go so far to disassemble the engine to fix it, which costed me about 3,00000 Japanese yen, that is about 2600 UD$. I could 't beleave it!! I doughted that Rocket 3R is a faulty products!!. But I did't have choice to reffuse to pay the amount. So I thought about buying an engine guard and looked for one on the web site, but I couldn't find one. If anyone knows where I can buy an engine guard for my Rocket3R, please let me know. Please pardon me if my english is hard to understand, I'm not so good at english.

There are no engine guards for the new Rockets. There is no place to attach them.

No crime in falling but live and learn as most of us have at one time have done just that. Did you damage the shifter (the foot shifter broke off or the clutch broke in the fall) of your Rocket? Did you check with your insurance company as that should have been covered and anything else that wasn't caused due to the 'accident' should be a warranty problem. If you bought the 2020 last year and it was new it should still be under warranty. The newer Rockets don't have engine guards although it would be a great idea for Triumph to think about making them.

Thank you for reply, Mr. Mighty Mouse. My Rocker3R was broken in the foot shifter. I think no damage in the clutch, I guess. I don't understand why just a little falling causes damage of the motorcycle that need to disassemble the engine to fix. The stuff of triumph shop said that they will explain this point if I visit the shop, but I haven't visit the shop because perhaps I can't understand the technical thing about the structure of motorcycle and they will not admit the damage is caused by in part the structure of motorcycle, I guess ... and my job is physician and I see many patients with a fever every day and some of them are Covid19 by examination of PCR test, so I live alone in a apartment apart from my wife and children and trying not to see people if its not truly necessary. You may think that income of physician is very high but not so much in Japan. Of course I tried to fix motorcycle using insurance but they said the damage was due to my mistake and my insurance didn't cover the fixation of the damage. There is no help. Anyway I think Triumph should resolve this problem. This is their responsibility!!!.

There is a workshop manual in my signature link. That may possibly be of some use to you.

Not even a slider?!. I have seen the Diavels with sliders to protect against this.
There are some king of had plastic or rubber “guards” on the front of the engine but they don’t look like they would provide much protection to the bike.

My 2300 controls were protected by a rail and an engine guard. Heavy but necessary for me. There has to be a way to prevent damage to the controls or motor with a simple rollover. The CB came with naked side covers. I got some engine guards. Looks like chit but I know Im going to drop it.

Rick you’re a smart fellow. I put you in charge of devising a way to attach engine garden bars to one of the new Rockets. Good luck🤣

Since you’re a friend I must warn you this is a set up.
