If you just wanted heat you could get a wall mounted gas fired direct vent heater sized correctly for square footage.

If you are thinking heat and air a residential gas fired air handler and out door condensing unit would do a pretty good job. You would need to install duct work and insulate your ceiling and rock it.

clean.....that is because I just finished it I also want to paint the floor white so I can find nuts and washers when i drop them as I am all thumbs

another 10 days and the twin sister to my 06 will be in the other bay,, how cool is that!!
 
Just put a good air-conditioner in there. There is no way you would need a heater in Canada.
I was teetering on heater ..but I am glad you set the record straight

got a new brand of paint that require no etching and no primer just roll on it is oil based brand name ARMOR COAT.
