Your going to "loose" the ignition master switch male connector. It's pictured here (green wires) right next to where the oil spout is. Just curve your finger behind the oil spout to find it.
You don't need to do anything crazy to get the Grey connector off. Another pro tip, study the connectors on the power commander to figure it out. You need to lift up the inside tab with a small flat head.
On the throttle body you only have to push down with your finger.
