I can't exactly help but I have this exact same setup that the previous owner set up before I purchased the bike... I have no idea how tunes work but I could ask them. They're in Reno.
 
Sorry with out a Auto Tune I can't help, I developed a AFR map for the PCV + AT to follow, makes 'em run sweet as
