Planning ahead for my first tire change

I have read every post I could find about tire options and the Exedra Max for the rear seems like a good choice as lots of folks here really like them. What would be a good matching option for the front?
Obviously I'll still be running the Avon in the front for a while but both being radials that should not make any difference.

Those are what I had on my last bike and they are good tires, seem to grip well and don't wear weird but they don't seem to make a front 150/80R17 in the Exedra Max.

Had them on the old R111, assume they are still around, or maybe not

Unless you track or drive insane long trips just get whatever is affordable.

I'm not finding matching tires except for the Cobra Chromes. I guess it's just me having a brain fart on mixing two different brands. I was always taught that was almost as bad as running with a radial and a bias. I'm still not sure the Exedra Max 55 will even fit under the Trix fender besides not seeing a front tire in the right size. Looks like Chromes again for now.

Yeah and the artisic design along the tire edges add that extra flair to go along with the restnof the bike. I think I'll stick with the Avons for now pricey as they are.

whatever they had before the 888 were junk
that is why no one wanted to try the 888"s
