It has solid lifters ( no shims ) you replace the whole follower ( differret thicknesses )

Congratulations, that is seldom seen anymore, envy you. Imagine that cost you an arm and a leg unless you have your own equipment. Used to do those on mostly drag car engines

There’s some Honda parts, ferrea valves, ARP head stud kit to hold it down... the buckets are a lot cheaper than stock, and easy to find with so many different sizes

I’m also trying to build a house at the moment and the bike is in one of the small sheds waiting for a new shed after the house I still ride it with my spare motor in it ( stock ) I’d like Haltech ecu and dash + a billet clutch baske I’ve got billet cams, and gears backcut with a billet 4th gear
