oil leaks

the leak that i have is on the top back right (if your sitting on the bike) coming form the cam cover, But i will most deffently check there as well. oil leaks are are what bother me the most. i can handle a very small amount but when i start to notice it from a distance thats what drive me crazy.

I would inspect the gasket very closely, someone might have been a little sloppy when the cam cover was last removed (valve inspection/adjust).

Has anyone put a liquid gasket on the Cam Cover? On my 05 rocket the cam cover is leaking a little oil. I have used a liquid gasket before on an old dessiel truck that i once had and it seemed to work just as good if not better then a regular gasket.

I was just wondering if anyone has done that yet on there rocket?

Have you checked the bolts for tension? I had a small amount of seepage from the cover and the bolt right next to the leak was barely more than finger tight.
I nipped it up and end of leak.

Ive used those liquid type gaskets and had good luck with them.Many engines use it on the sump as the OEM seal.
