Oil Leak and Coolant Leak

I hate the thought of taking my R3 into the shop but, everytime I shut her down there is always 2 to 3 drops of coolant leaking from around the water pump area. I thought maybe it was because of not riding it enough. I bought it (an 05) just this past October with 2300 miles on it. But since I've put on 1500 or so and it's still leaking. As for the oil leak it's that very slight drip from behind the oil tank. I've read here that some thought it might be the coating from the factory but, I'm sure this is engine oil. Does anyone have an easy fix so I won't have to take her in and let complete strangers work on her? If it wasn't still under warranty I'd go ahead and tear it apart and repair it myself. But, I hate to put a wrench to her since that could be used against me in case of a more serious problem.

coolant leak from water pump

i drove my 2006 rocket 1.5 miles to my storage spot for the winter and remember it running rough, it was a chilly morning. i checked in on it since then and noticed a drip coming from the top bolt on the water pump. i believe that this is also the drain plug. how small or large of a problem may this be?
