O2 delete issues with weather and altitude??

Has anyone who has deleted the O2 with and aftermarket exhaust noticed any issues with Temp/baro compensation? I assume our ECU does continuous air temp correction, but I've seen some ECUs that only measure Baro at engine start. Do bikes without the O2 run ok in changing conditions? I ride from sea level to 8000ft frequently, so I'd love some feedback.

it seems to me in that kind of driving you would want the o2 working
