I am just waiting for the warranty to run out before changing or moding too much.

Almost six months later and she's still bone stock. I had a great riding season on this bike so far. This is how the bike looked in March and still looks the same, with the exception of the passenger seat. I have a Triumph gel seat on there now. It's better but still the only real change I would like to make is a more comfortable passenger seat (but I don't see that many choices) and maybe some nicer looking mirrors.
