North Georgia in say...Octoberish?

May work for me an the missus. Last October (I suggest Columbus Day weekend for those of us who get the holiday) was NC, and Georgia would be good this time around.
 
The reason that I probably can't come is that I will have family over from OZ. However, if the cooking is going to look like that, then maybe I will have to bring them down there.
 
Have trailer, will travel. Might even be able to cross Key West off the bucket list afterwards. Providing I ain't too bloated from Joseys cooking.
 
Sounds like we have enough for a ride. Next question...Do we want to do it over a weekend or like we did RAA...Mon - Fri?

maybe throw a menu together as things progress? we can then estimate costs and work on making it all sort out?
