Went to start bike (08R3T) and no go. There is no neutral indication on dash but bike is in neutral - confirmed by fellow and can push bike without clutch. My copy of service manual and one in IDK signature have a test procedure but show 3 leads from GPS my GPS has 4 wires and none of the 4 match the colors shown in manual. Does anyone have a manual or diagram for a 4 wire GPS?

Is the bike turning over, or clicking when start button is pushed. Wee bit more info an some one will know how to fix it.:)

If the bike will still start up with the kick stand up and clutch pulled in I would try cleaning the GPS sensor first maybe it has a bad contact.

The little contact area is for Neutral the other five are the gears. Might help if you go over them with some ScotchBrite

The bike does nothing with clutch in or out, side stand up or down. There is no neutral indicator on dash so didn't expect it to. I have verified battery, checked all fuses for continuity, pulled dash panel and removed reconnected wire loom.

When key is turned on the oil light, fuel light and temp light all come on than only oil light stays on.

My GPS does not look like what you posted Warp. I attached picture, it looks like what Thunderbirds use. I've attached 2 photos for reference.

My GPS is the same as this on my 2009 R3T, it went bad at about 3500 miles. They are not the same as the earlier models and can't be serviced.:(

If it's the gps, bike should still start with side stand up. Problem could be clutch switch, although that doesn't account for no neutral light. Maybe it's both!
