No ridey today

That's what you get living on the up market coast area ,over in the blue collar area it was fine by 11.0am on the bike at 12, home after a ride to Newcastle with the Bride for Coffee in time for the Footy at 4.0pm

Yeh it fined up here around the same time. We sent you the excess sunshine and blue sky we didn't have use for.

Unfortunately by the time I had realised that the rain had passed it was time to warm up the sports taxi for a trip to Liverpool.

As long as you had a good day that's what counts, it would have been nice today sipping a few cold ones in the beer garden of the Crown Plaza ,but we had a coffee and croissant at the Brewery on the Newcastle Harbour Waterfront Newcastle Harbour Nice! not as nice as the Pie & Pee Floater at Harry's Café de wheels but we went a bit fancy today ,and used the Motorcycle parking spot at Harry's

Up here in the Northeast we get a lot of rain year round. It seems every time i head up to Vermont almost to the Canadian border on a good clear day i wake up in the morning to rain clouds looming across the state of Vermont . I guess it's the Great Lakes Effect. I did a three hour ride home in the pouring rain a few years ago trying to beat hurrican Irene while in Vermont, it really soured me riding in the rain.. Without the summer screen ,full face helmet and my Ipod it would have really s*cked...We were riding down Rt 100 just before it hit hard. Here are some picture of the damage the heavy rain did. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q... pictures of rain damage in Vermont&FORM=IGRE
