I just wish all vendors were as good as Brents people, completely satisfied with multiple orders.

Ordered a few things from them.
Ordered September 9th
Got an order confirmation the 10th
They were closed for inventory until the 11th which was posted on their website.
I Asked for info on my order the 12th.
They Replied that it would ship right away on the 13th
September 14th: They replied that the flange covers were b/o and would take an extra 7-10 days.
The 24th I asked them if it was shipped.
September 24th they replied that it was processed the 20th and shipped the 21st.
After asking for tracking number, being told that it was sent to me and should look in my spam folder. They finally admitted that they were now waiting for bolts.
Finally got a tracking number the 27th. But it was actually shipped the 28th.
Got the parcel yesterday October 6th (In Canada) 26 days total.
