How do I sign up?

Do I have to create a logon to the other site or can I get on the list from here?

Somebody will have to join and point him over here,

I created a log on but when I tried to reply to Shanexman's thread I was told that I don't have permission don't know if I did something wrong or if I have to wait for him to "allow me" anyhow I pmed him and will post his reply when I get it
