New Stutter issue

I hope that is the real issue.

I had a stutter once......

I walked into my Drs office and said "Ddddoc, I've bbbeen sssttttuttering ffor yyears and III'm tired of it. Ccccan yyyou hehehelp mmme???"

The doc says, "Well, I'll have to examine you first before I can answer you."

The doc examines me and says, "Well, I'm pretty sure that I know what the problem is."

I ask "wwwell wwwhat is it, ddoc?"

The doc says,"It's your penis. It's about about 18 inches long and all of the down pressure is putting a strain on your vocal chords."

I ask "Wwwhat ccan wwe ddo about it?"

The doc replies, "Well, I can cut it off and transplant a shorter one. I can guarantee that the operation will cure your stuttering."

I say Dddo it!"

I have has the operation and about four weeks later I comes back to the doctor's office and say "Thanks Doc. You've solved my problem and I don't stutter any more but I've only had sex once in the past month. My wife doesn't enjoy it any more. I cannot satisfy her. She liked my long penis. I don't care if I have to stutter, I want you to put my long one back one!"

The doc replies, "Nnnnope. A ddddeal's a ddddeal!"

One thing (I think) I can add is it's probably not air temp. / Gasoline storage issue.
The storage tanks at gas stations are pretty much the same temperature all the time as the tanks are underground and shielded from the fluctuations in outside are temp.

I will add it does sound like a venting issue to me.

I usually, specially on a long trip, fill as much as I can, ignoring the metal thing. I also have always used 87 reg gas with no problems to date at 86,000kms

Just an idea is the filler cap closing fully if it isn't the seal can block the vent hole from the tank also check the pipe it's self not blocked or kinked on my classic it runs down the side of the tank behind the claw, side of the air box to a bunch in a wire clip to the side of the starter maybe something to look at.

I will have the same issue, normally on hotter days. If I don't fill to the top it isn't an issue. In cooler weather (<75F) it has never been an issue no matter how full I make it.

Mine seems to have started after lifting my tank so I am thinking I may have pinched a vent line, I just haven't gone back to check because it isn't an issue if I stop the gas below the metal ring in the tank. If I come up to the ring, it is an issue, it take a few miles to happen, and I normally just power through it as it will only last 15 seconds or so.

Try to not fill your tank as much, if you have lifted your tank you may want to do it again and check your hose.

One of my projects this winter is to remove the evaporative emission stuff, as I don't live in CA and have no problem if I cause a hippy or two to get in a tither over my (unseen) pollution.

I had the same problem i went to high test on all my bikes and add a little seafoam every other tank. I haven't had any problems since. I run 87 in all my business trucks at a cost of $420+ a week.Whats $15-20 a week in the scope of things..JM2C

Sorry Mate I just gotta ask what is High test and sea foam not things I have come across in Aus as far as fuel goes

high test is a slang term for premium gas. Ethyl is another slang term you might see. There's an old country & western song referencing how "Ethyl got pumped."

Sea Foam is a gas treatment used for long term storage of fuel and removal of the corn alcohol that they put in our gas.

try it the same except do not lock the cap down (leave a gap). i don't know if the gas will splash out or not. i can try it on my bike if you want.
i have always run premium except for a few mistakes. i think that premium is more stable. if you get bad regular especially on hot Arizona days the engine will be knocking at low rpms. of coarse you could always shift to lower gear and run more rpm.
i had a friend that stuttered. we went parachuting i jumped out counted to ten pulled the cord and was floating down and the last thing we heard was tttttttttttt two.

couple on honeymoon spent the night at hotel. she had a problem epileptic seizures. so while making love she got nervous and had a seizure. husband didn't know what to do so he called in the porter. the porter said t t t tie her hands to the bbbed pppost. so that is what they done. next he said ttttie her legs ttto the fffoot rail. then he got up on top of her ran his hands under her arms grabbed her by the hair and said now tttturn her llloose.
