New r3r owner North Carolina

molino man, yes it is the roadster, I opted for the matt black, not really in to shiny things. The get together at Maggie's Vally sounds like a real blast but unfortunately i will be attending training for work that week, if I can get out of it I will be there for sure though.

Welcome from Virginia

Hey deadman, I'll be moving up to Virginia at the beginning of March to the Ft. Lee area. I plan on heading that way next weekend to look at some houses. Send me a PM if your familiar with the area, I'm open to suggestions on a good place to start looking.

One of the biggest reasons I went with triumph over harley was to be different from the masses going down the highway. The triumph dealer here in Jacksonville just opened not even a year ago and the first roadster they got in was the one i ordered so i don't plan on seeing any others in the neighborhood for a while. They did have a touring model that a guy came in and traded a beautifully dressed out road king for. As the rocket and other triumph bikes become more popular and new dealers open up there will be more aftermarket parts and dealer support so i guess that there are pros and cons to both sides of any growth spurt.

Same here Dave,
there's 2 in the garage and another 1 not a hundred miles from here.
Gettin crowded, it seems ya can't swing a cat without hittin' a Rocket anymore...
Hard to believe I only have go ONE state away before running into another one, and in either direction as well. ;)
