Hi
I've understand that there is some problems with overheating ignition switches due to bad wiring to the head-lamps and i've also understand that there is a company called beaver-somthing who have made a wire set for solving the problem.
I'm in sweden so it's a bit complicated for me to order from the beavers and as i can see from the circuit diagram it should be easy to create a better setup than original.
Correct me if im wrong here, but my oppinion is that a new wire, directly from the battery, to a relay should solv the problem if i use the existing Blue/red wire as signal cable. That is very simple solution, easy to install and the overheating problem will newer be back, on top off it, the headlamps will be more powefull.
I can't see why this shouldn't work and it will cost me a relay and a wire from the bettery to each head lamp.
Or have i missed something?
