I just bought a 2015 SOL INVICTUS BRAAP Mercury 250 in Melbourne on Lloyds auctions.
This is the same Chinese QINGQI XF230 generic model sold worldwide under many local Brands e.g. Sol Invictus (Australia), BRAAP, Mutt (UK).
A year or two ago I picked up a couple of one off Aboriginal dot painted sets of tins with mufflers/shocks/mirrors/instruments/seats etc done for the promotional launch of MUTT motorcycle (UK) here in Australia.
Been looking for a cheap bike to put them on.

6000Km
Au$850 + 12.5% = Au$956 (US$650) + AU395 (US$267) freight from Melbourne.

Purdy dam fugly!!!
But full of surprises!
This dyno was done with stock airbox and filter etc and matched or exceeded the manufacturers claimed measly engine crank power.

More than I was expecting! ;)

The dyno guy is awesome and reminds me of Herman and emphasises the true worth of dynos and how they should be used..
Some interesting observations in vids too.
I have found most of them and put them in order in the post below.
Bike arrived yesterday in good nick and will have fun sorting it out before Xmas.
I found the rest of the BRAAAP vids of the 1000mph saltrecord attempt.
Quite entertaining and actually a very good general guide to performance bullds.
I have put them in order and will delete the duplicates posted earlier.

I was referring to the color scheme on the tins. I'd stick with black over them. The other accessories will work fine :D
