Mount passing light on front mudguard bracket

Hello, has anyone mounted something like the item linked to below, onto their rocket 3?
I know Journeyman had managed to convince Clearwater lights to make a custom bracket for him, but I was not able to convince them - so looking for alternatives

This looks like it should fit - I just don't know what type of bolt is needed.

I'm on my 5th rocket and on every one i had auxiliary lights, there are a few different ways, this way i never seen before, will post a picture tomorrow of my set up.
