Getting ready to install a Dashcam specifically designed for use on bikes. HaloCam M1. Unit comes with two cameras (front and rear), 1080 @ 30 FPS. a DVR and a remote. The main unit will reside in the air filter box as I’m running a RamAir filter. Everything is waterproof except for the DVR. It comes with a sleeve to protect it. All settings, features, controls and video/photo viewing and downloads are accessed through an app on your phone. The unit also comes with a GPS antenna to track your route. Once I get it installed on the R3T I’ll post some photos and do a little review for those who are interested.

Keen to see footage.

I have an old GoPro mounted on the fly screen.

What was the cost.

Interested to see how well this fits, and works for you. Especially in the long term..I've gone through a couple cameras. I assume it's powered from a switched source i.e. records on loop while the ignition is on?

I've had front & back cams for a few years now, they're 1080p @ 30fps too, but as barbagris says are a little outdated at this stage, so I'm on the lookout for 4K cams to replace them with.
Mine were made for cars so i had a job waterproofing them.
But I do have USB cables running from them to under the seat, so i can plug laptop into the bike and view/download footage with just the seat off.

These days I also have a chin-mounted battery powered 4K 60fps GoPro for short trips, it gets fantastic footage both night and day, but ain't a blackbox cam since it's not fitted to bike and switched power.

1080p and 30fps is getting a bit old hat now!.
No not really, it’s a dash cam not a sports cam like a GoPro. All I need to do is make out licence plate in the event of an incident. If I want outstanding video I use my GoPro.
