Found this today I'm almost tempted to pull my peg rails of and get a set of them rear sets. If I had that much ground clearance?

I've got less than 5 mm chicken strips on the standard size rear and a f#ck off big gouge out of the left hand rail already ... pretty sure i wouldn't like to lean her over too much further - not sure I'm as brave as you

The left hand peg rail, that's the one that will do it. I had my left hand rail worn half away on the front corner. Was getting faster and pitching it in harder every time I rode it untill the peg rail lifted the front tyre off the road. This was after I removed the stock roadster mufflers. With the stock mufflers they would scrape and lift the rear tyre off the road first, the back would step out a bit but no big drama. I had to modify my riding a bit, don't touch anything down much anymore.

Haha your a madman Bruce:eek: as we all know thats why we had wear markers on our pegs :whitstling: apparently they are made to touch down and still give you around 2" of safe lean angle. I Think you need to mount some on the sides of your mirrorso_O

I had the left side rail scrape twice but not the can on the LHS?? Front wheel off the tar both times....now I only turn right

I'd give that a go as long as I don't have to pay if I f*ck up!.
Loonitick - she'll come up fine on the right size tyres - effortlessly.
Just drop to a 140 front - you'll see.
