Mobil 222 grease?

I'm getting ready to replace the rear tire, shop manual says to grease spines with Mobil 222 grease, can't seem to find it locally. Anyone know of a substitute I can use that would be available at the local automotive store? Thanks!

Just did both tires. I used Mobil 1 Synthetic grease. It's red, same color as what was on there from the factory. Had no part number on the can. I suspect it's the same stuff. Comes in a can or gun tube. Stinks like hell, too.

I don't recall details but I used some sort of Mobil full syn grease that I got at Autozone. In a blue tube and looks like plain ol' black grease.

I looked the two up online and it looks like the specs are pretty much the same, so I'll try that. Thanks for the input!
