Minus 20 here in CA!!!!!

I'm good with the 45 minutes at the dinner table at a time performing rigorously, working on light weights and a lot of reps. Its basically a CCQ diet.
1. Calories
2. Cholesterol
3. Quantity

No really bud I've been married for 34 years and I figured out what I am not going to die of to much of :D
Therefore I feel my list is the best option of what to die of :)

Oh, I totally here ya. Just jabbin. :p
I don't do any of this to "not die" or "not die of something". I just feel so much better while I'm not dead. CAUZ I WAS A FAT @SS! :(
It's been a fight I've fought off & on all of my life (heredity) - But Ima kick it's arse!

... So almost 3 years in I lost 80 lbs of fat & gained back 10-15 lbs muscle. 44 waist to 34-36 waist.
GOOD GOSH I FEEL I MILLION TIMES BETTER

Well done ETxR3 - excellent job!
I already feel better too!
Good tips in your post
Yes, I don't intend this to be a lifestyle change (regarding the diet) - aim is to get down then maintain with exercise & moderation.
So for sure the carbs and weekend glass of vino will get reintroduced.
The 45mins doesn't sound like a lot but it is a high load and high rate so a lot more taxing than real bike on the street (but lot more boring). Now weather is looking up a bit plan to also do some cycling outside (but still maintaining the exercise bike) and introduce jogging - used to really enjoy running when younger - right now the biggest problem is overcoming shin splints but as the weight is coming off that should get easier I expect.

Funny aside - last week I went to change out of my jeans - just for a laugh I pulled them down without unfastening the waist button or zip - slipped right over my butt and down without even a wriggle!
Time for new pants!
(But I might just wait till hit the next goal or they will just become in-between pants!)

I've had a cold and been off my feed for four days....for some reason, I feel like I've GAINED weight!

Seriously!
Oh wait - did you think I meant Temperature?
Oh no, no, no, no no .........
Here in Central CA? Not a chance! :D

The -20 is not degrees - it's lbs!

You scared the crap outta me there for a couple. I'll be in Union City next week, then San Fran proper 2 weeks after that. Thought I was going to have to delay some trips!

Good job on the weight loss. I can see where the diet would not be too hard to follow.

Well done gents...
I lost 7Kgs (15lbs) in 42 days prior to Christmas just by replacing 2 meals (Breakfast and Lunch) with Mannatech Shakes, NIL exercise (Lazy boy).
Went on a 12 day cruise ------ well lets just say those mother f*ckers (kg) found me again.
I started this weight loss journey by having a dexo-scan of my entire body to find out what i needed to lose and where - I was particularly concerned of the amount of visceral fat (Around major organs) I had and will continue to get further scans throughout this journey.
A group of us get together and do fortnightly measures of arms, legs, chest, waist and neck to track our progress as we are more focused on FAT loss rather than watching the scales. but doing the Dexo-scans will tell you were you are losing the fat or muscle (dont want to lose muscle)
