Looking for Triumph Pannier

So.....I have found some replacement bags without keylocks. Called the dealer and they want $100 for two locksets.
I will order, but wondering about installing them. Does it take special tools requiring the dealer to do it? I've never missed with locksets
before.

Also, regarding the question about riding with only one bag. I threw in 5 lbs(?) on the left side and went canyon riding. If you're going straight down the road, didn't feel the difference. However, once I got into the turns, at speed, I was having to counter steer on the right grip a little more to compensate for the weight having to be lifted on the left side. I could feel the weight slightly while sitting at a light. If you had the 10lbs weight capacity in there, it would definitely be a handful in turns. Would not recommend.

FWIW, while await backordered replacement pannier.

1.) Trying the ViaTerra Claw Mini, 48L saddle bag. $100-ish on Amazon. Nice design, well made if modest zippers/material; not cheap, but not heavy duty.

Granted you lose the pillion seat soace, but for a weekend solo trips it has worked remarkably well. Just the right size on the Rocket, not obtrusive and hanging all over creation. Have been tying it down to the pillion rack mounts and pillion seat rest, very tidy no goofy straps running all over.

The lonely left pannier can mount simultaneously, so actually could carry quite a bit for camp or whatnot.
