Want to Buy Left and right fixing brackets for R3T solo seat rack

Don't count on it, we just went through all this on a rack I sold to a member, the brackets are unobtainable

Like @Tripps said it has been covered in another recent thread with a photo of the required brackets posted. They are similar but different to yours with the sissy bar. He wants #3 and #4 in parts image below.

You're on the money there sir!! Thank you for your detailed reply! I would be very interested to get a set of these brackets and make copies of them as there seems to be a lot of interest in these discontinued items.

Warm regards,

Should be easy enough to fabricate from flat sheet metal. Do them in cardboard cutouts first to check.
You should already have:
  • The rack itself and the R3 to measure between the M8 and M10 guard threaded mount holes etc.
  • a tape measure or rule
  • pencil
  • scissors
  • the image I provided gives the rough size, scale and shape in relation to the rack.
All you need to do now is finish your box of cereal and make the templates. ;):p:D

Anyone can do the easy work once you have applied those required but available dimensions.
Aluminum or steel whatever is available but if the space available is limited to 2mm or less, I would use steel.

Hand or electric drill, Hacksaw and/or bench / 4" grinder and file.

If your really patient you could even use acid and candle wax!;):D

That's very true my friend. I may do just that when time permits. Haven't tried acid in years!! That hot wax sure makes a cool sound when it hits water!!
