Leathlyke Bags

Look again, ksquared! They can be locked to the mounts (Easy or Ghost Brackets) and their lids are lockable, as well. I am looking for the info from their mfr., which is in Hungary if I recall correctly. Here's another write-up thhat better explains their dual-locking system:

They sure aren't cheap, but the quality is there by all reports.

These were the best synthetic bags I could find for my money, Doug: http://www.classiccruiser.com/product.asp?item=156663
I had k_drive on my last Rocket. Problem is getting them now, since they've been replaced by CS4,which are similar but not as rigid as the Iparex k_drive. I had the CS4 on my TBird. I called Classic Cruiser today about the K_Drive on their web site and they may not be able to get the Rocket brackets. When did you buy yours and where?

Leatherlyke bags are tough as hell, lots of room and work trouble free. The only problem is they are ugly as hell. I have had 3 sets now on various bikes, all without issue.

I researched bags to replace the cheapo Willie & Max bags that came with my R3 attached to Easy Brackets and I chose the Iparex K-drives as the best non-leather bags out there, but I never did pull the trigger on them, Doug.
