Yes it is . I first saw them on the motorbike show on tv and followed up from there . They mainly tune race bikes and test the output on new models for Fast Bikes magazine . It's not a huge place but the line of race bikes parked outside minus their engines and totally shredded tyres does start to give an idea of what they do and listening to each run definitely inspires confidence as the engine becomes crisper and crisper . They will only tune via pcv tho . The first time I used them it was hard to get a conversation out of them , but to my pleasure they remembered me from last time and opened up to my questions with far more information than I could actually take in . When I enquired about tune ecu he told me they use it for diagnostics and setting parameters but would never advise anyone to tune from it due to discrepancies in the software . Discovered by destroying a couple of race engines . He went on to explain the limitations of ecus and ATs but I think he noticed my eyes glaze over with information overload . @barbagris would love it there coz his brain is a sponge ! As for the Hagons ? I really like them . I think they are more than adequate for the R3 .Yes you can spend big money for Wilburs with high and low speed comp damping and infinate rebound adjustments but unless your Leon Haslam you would need a tech to set them up for you . I have lost a lot of weight so could now say they are slightly over sprung but I like that . All in all a great buy thanks !
I thought they were great for my budget, just too hard for me ,put the money from yours towards a new pair matched to my weight and I’m really pleased with them.
I just picked up a new pc3 for less than £80 delivered but I guess they can’t/ won’t tune with that? As you can tell I like to do cheap if possible lol, runs ok with a generic tune ecu tune ,but never going to be as good as a Dyno tune specific to your bike.
Running pretty strong but went to Westonzoyland yesterday to a National Sprint Association meet and it stalled a couple of times in traffic, been tinkering with the clearance on the stepper motor and getting the TPS voltages cock on, motor pulls well but now has this stalling issue!
