You might be able to see from my pics that the whole rear section (seat back) was hand made narrower than original specs. When I lift off the seat (attached by velcro) it's impossible to get to the screws to unscrew the plastic cover thing. About 8-10 bolts hold down that rear section, but it's still a pain to remove.
Thanks Hanso for the other filter option. I'd probably want them under the bear claw. Do they still work efficiently under the bearclaw?

Yes bbut if you get createive and do some cutting as a few have done you can get more cooler air in on to them or you can go like I did and have the fu#kers sticking out in the breeze
Once you have the screws out the first time you will never have to do them up again you will only have to unvelcro the seat and there is your glove box
I like the way they look on your bike. Bigger is bad ass.
