Do people living in the warm climates get colds/flu virus regardless of the climate, and temp? Is it more about if you live around people chance are you will from time to time get sick?
From what I understand temperature has nothing to do with getting a cold or the flu. They are viruses, they live just as well if not better in warmer temperatures.
You are 100% correct temp has nothing at all to do with the flu or even the common cold a virus does not care what the temp is smart little bugars them visuses
When my wife first started her in home day care several years ago, I was sick for a year straight! I caught every **** cold virus known to man all that snot and muck being left everywhere.....
But since then I havent had a cold for 3-4 years now....
Guess I'm immune..
I remember reading somewere that once you have had a cold virus, you won't get the same one again as you carry the antibodies for it. However there are approx 45 versions of the virus, so if you have one a year for 45 years you will probably be ok!
I can not recall in my 53 years of ever having the flu or even a cold, I have felt like siht some days but not bad enough to put me in bed or stop me from riding(both forms)
Ya I got it, and really hate being sick. I am feeling sorry for my self, and the thought crossed my mind of the advantages of a warm climate. I am high on codene as well I said to the girl lets move so I never get sick again.
