Spooning large rubber on is an excercise program worthy of a video. I changed my front tire (not including removal and installation) in about 8 minutes. I have a manual tire changer though. I also have a static tire balancer (factory second) so the rubber cups less. I live about 2 hours to the nearest Triumph dealer and the local shops all charge $45.00 if I just hand them a wheel with nothing on it and a new tire.
The rear tire on a Rocket requires a pneumatic changer (my manual is useless). I change about 12 to 20 tires a year (I have "friends" that bring me their bikes) and only the Rocket's rear tire has proven too much for my Wikco changer.
